The “Si Vis Pacem” Method
“Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum” –“If you want peace, be ready for the war”-: this is the philosophy which always accompanied Roger Esteller in his Sports career, and thanks to it he developed a motivational methodology which allowed him to evolve to the successful Sportsman we all know. After his basketball elite stage, Esteller has kept on wagering for the same method in order to confront all the challenges he marked on his life.
“Si Vis Pacem” is the extrapolation of the experience of an elite sportsman to other aspects, as business or the day-to-day of any person. The methodology developed by Roger Esteller is structured by 12 principles which are the way to achieving profesional goals and personal objectives that any person –not just an athlete- is marked in life.
