\u201cSi Vis Pacem, Para Bellum\u201d<\/strong> –\u201cSi vols la pau, prepara’t per a la guerra\u201d<\/em>-: aquesta \u00e9s la filosofia que va guiar la carrera esportiva de\u00a0Roger Esteller. A partir d’aquest m\u00edtic enunciat de la cultura romana, Esteller va desenvolupar una metodologia motivacional pr\u00f2pia que li va permetre convertir-se en l’esportista d’\u00e8xit que tots coneixem. I aquest \u00e9s el mateix m\u00e8tode que ha fet servir per afrontar tots els reptes que s’ha fixat a la vida i que ara transmet com a assessor motivacional.<\/p>\n

\u201cSi Vis Pacem\u201d<\/strong>\u00a0\u00e9s l’extrapolaci\u00f3 de l’experi\u00e8ncia d’un esportista d’elit a d’altres \u00e0mbits, com el personal o l’empresarial.<\/p>\n
