Des que va abandonar el b\u00e0squet professional, l\u2019any 2005, Roger Estelle<\/strong>r ha posat al servei de diferents c\u00e0rrecs i funcions el seu bagatge esportiu, la seva formaci\u00f3 -MBA en Administraci\u00f3 d\u2019Empreses i Entrenador Superior de B\u00e0squet- i la seva sensibilitat social; ha estat comentarista esportiu, gestor d\u2019entitats esportives, director t\u00e8cnic de clubs, a m\u00e9s de president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Veterans de B\u00e0squet del F.C. Barcelona i president de l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 Esportistes Solidaris.<\/p>\n

En els darrers anys, Roger Esteller<\/strong> ha aprofundit en la seva vessant formadora i motivacional, impartint confer\u00e8ncies, xerrades i tallers pr\u00e0ctics a diversos col\u00b7lectius: esportistes, pares i escolars, universitaris, directius, empresaris, administracions… Els seus principals arguments s\u00f3n el treball en equip, la responsabilitat social de les empreses, la integraci\u00f3 social a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019esport, la consecuci\u00f3 de metes i l\u2019obtenci\u00f3 de l\u2019\u00e8xit, tant personalment com professionalment.<\/p>\n

A partir de la seva experi\u00e8ncia com a esportista d\u2019elit, Roger Esteller<\/strong> ha desenvolupat una metodologia motivacional pr\u00f2pia, anomenada \u201cSi Vis Pacem\u201d, que \u00e9s la base de la filosofia motivacional que imparteix com a assessor.<\/p>\n

A llarg de la seva carrera esportiva, Roger Esteller<\/strong> va desenvolupar una metodologia motivacional pr\u00f2pia que li va permetre convertir-se en l\u2019esportista d\u2019\u00e8xit que tots coneixem. Superada la seva etapa en l\u2019elit del b\u00e0squet, Esteller ha seguit apostant per mateix m\u00e8tode per afrontar tots els reptes que s\u2019ha fixat a la vida.
